Bernedoodles are a cross between a Poodle and a Bernese Mountain Dog. By doing this you get the intelligence of a Poodle and the loyalty of a Bernese Mountain Dog. You also get health and longevity. A Bernese Mountain Dog usually only lives to be 8 years old. But crossed with a Poodle increases their lifespan to upwards of 15 years old.
